Road and Safety Grating Study Tour Award
The Road and Safety Grating Local Government Study Tour Award supports a local government professional in undertaking a study tour that expands their knowledge, strengthens industry connections, and brings practical insights back to the municipal works sector.
Applicants are asked to outline their proposed study tour, including the council, organisation, project or industry event they would like to visit, and explain the professional outcomes they hope to achieve.
The successful applicant will also be able to share their experience and key learnings with the wider MWA community through a presentation at a future National Municipal Works and Engineering Conference or another MWA event. This ensures the benefits of the study tour extend beyond the individual recipient and contribute to improved practices across the sector.
Applications close on 6 December each year.
