Jeffrey Kennett AC was the 43rd Premier of Victoria between 1992 and 1999, who now works as a media commentator. He is currently the president of the Hawthorn Football Club. Jeffery is ideally placed to talk about the impacts of disruption and change, and how to deal with these impacts.

Determined to leverage business as a force for good, Simon founded two successful social enterprises – Who Gives A Crap and Shebeen – in his twenties. He launched Who Gives A Crap with an award-winning pre-sales campaign that created $1 million worth of PR value and attracted more than 2.5 million social media hits.
Beginning his career as a print journalist, Des Dowling went on to become a successful comedian. He has since worked for over a decade as a TV news reporter for the ABC, Channel Nine and Channel Seven, and on mainstream radio. In 1998 Des placed in the Australian final of the Triple J Raw Comedy competition. He went on to appear regularly on television and radio as a stand-up comedian.

Chris Anstey is an Elite Performance Coach, whose 17-year sporting career included playing stints in the NBA, Russia, Spain and at two Olympic games. Chris was selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round (18th pick overall) of the 1997 NBA draft. He also played for the Melbourne Tigers, South East Melbourne Magic and Victoria Titans in the NBL.

Rodney Eade made his VFL debut for Hawthorn at just 18 years old. He played 229 games for the side from 1976-1987 before moving to the Brisbane Bears in 1988. He then moved into AFL coaching. He currently runs his own company Facing Change, which focuses on positive transformation.
